police agent-state running rough-shod over everything of value
John Kurtz's case came to public attention in January after he was arrested for filming police agent Adam Gruler.
John Kurtz has been ordered jailed by the state for 30 days with 1 year probation for resisting arrest without violence.
The pattern of police and state lawlessness is reaching a fever pitch.
An overt war by police on photojournalists is taking place.
The use of intimidation and overt brutality by the state is now completely out of control.

Anonymous forms splinter cell to launch an attack “more serious than a DDOS” against Monsanto after the company filed lawsuits against organic farmers for labeling their product as not containing growth hormones.
Monsanto has accused Oakhurst Dairy Inc. of engaging in misleading and deceptive marketing practices by carrying labels that seem to disparage the use of artificial growth hormones in cows.
Monsanto is the maker of the only major artificial growth hormone, Posilac. It has been on the market since 1994 and is used in about a third of the nation's nine million dairy cows.
Monsanto, which also pioneered the development of genetically modified crops, says its product was approved for use by the Food and Drug Administration.
It also says that the Oakhurst labels suggest that milk that comes from cows treated with artificial growth hormones is somehow unsafe or lower in quality.
Since they were introduced nearly a decade ago, artificial growth hormones have come under vigorous attack from some consumer groups, organic farmers and other critics.
Concerns are that artificial growth hormones are harmful to cows.
That artificial growth hormones make cows produce milk that is chemically and nutritionally different from natural milk.
That artificial growth hormones could induce higher rates of cancer in humans.

John Humphrys interviewed a Palestinian spokesman, Husam Zomlot, following Israel’s massacre of unarmed demonstrators on the 63rd anniversary of the illegal expulsion of the Palestinian people from their homes.
Humphrys: . . . it’s not surprising that Israel reacted the way it did, is it?
Zomlot: . . . I am very proud and glad [they were] peacefully marching only to . . . really to draw attention to their 63-year plight.
Humphrys: But they did not march peacefully, that’s my point . . .
Zomlot: None of them . . . was armed . . . [They were] opposed to Israeli tanks and helicopters and F-16s. You cannot even start to compare the violence . . . This is not a security matter . . . [the Israelis] always fail to deal with such a purely political, humanitarian, legal matter . . .
Humphrys: Sorry to interrupt you there but . . . if I marched into your house waving a club and throwing a stone at you then it would be a security matter, wouldn’t it?
Zomlot: I beg your pardon. According to the United Nations Security Council resolutions, those people are marching to their homes; they have the deeds of their homes; it’s their private property. So let’s set the record right once and for all . . .
It was a rare moment.
Setting the record straight is not a managerial “target”. |

Story of Persecution Suffering Love And Triumph
Pippa Green
Excerpts republished 9 June 2011
The story of the Sisulu family is of imprisonment, persecution, exile and suffering.
But it is also a story of love, and of personal and political triumph.
There can be a few families in the history of South Africa that have been torn apart as relentlessly by the political struggle, and few that have survived it so intact.
"I have always admired the unity of the family," Walter Sisulu told me. "It was a tower of strength to me."
The story is so closely intertwined with South Africa's political history that it is almost possible to measure the political climate by the family's suffering, its fears, and its hopes.

Author : Walter Sisulu
Letter from W.M. Sisulu to Prime Minister D. F. Malan on behalf of the African National Congress
21 January 1952
African National Congress P.O. Box 9207, Johannesburg, The Prime Minister of the Union of South Africa, House of Assembly, Cape Town. Sir, In terms of the resolution adopted by the 39th session of the African National Congress held at Bloemfontein we have been instructed to address you as follows: .... [The Private Secretary to the Prime Minister, M. Aucamp, replied on January 29, 1952. He wrote, inter alia: It is noted that your submission is framed in terms of a resolution adopted at its recent session in Bloemfontein of the "African National Congress". Resolutions adopted by the African National Congress at its annual meetings were, in the past, sent to and dealt with by the Minister of Native Affairs and his Department. On this occasion, however, there has been a definite departure from the traditional procedure in as much as you have addressed yourself directly to the Prime Minister in order to present him with an ultimatum. This new approach is probably accounted for by the recent rift or purge in Congress circles, after which it is doubtful whether you can claim to speak authoritatively on behalf of the body known to the Government as the African National Congress. The Prime Minister is, however, prepared to waive this point and to reply to various points raised by you and also to your ultimatum as he feels that the Government`s attitude in the matter should be clearly stated. You will realise, I think, that it is self-contradictory to claim as an inherent right of the Bantu who differ in many ways from the Europeans that they should be regarded as not different, especially when it is borne in mind that these differences are permanent and not man-made. If this is a matter of indifference to you and if you do not value your racial characteristics, you cannot in any case dispute the European`s right, which in this case is definitely an inherent right, to take the opposite view and to adopt the necessary measures to preserve their identity as a separate community. It should be understood clearly that the Government will under no circumstances entertain the idea of administrative or executive or legislative powers over Europeans, or within a European community, to Bantu men and women, or to other smaller Non-European groups. The Government therefore, has no intention of repealing the long existing laws differentiating between European and Bantu. You demand that the Union should no longer remain a State controlled by the Europeans who developed it to the advantage of all groups of the population. You demand that it should be placed under the jurisdiction of the Bantu, Indian and other non-European groups together with Europeans without any distinction whatsoever, and with no restriction on the possible gradual development of a completely mixed community. Nevertheless you apparently wish to create the impression that such demands should be regarded as a generous gesture of goodwill towards the European community of this country. It is quite clear that the opposite is true. This is not a genuine offer of cooperation, but an attempt to embark on the first steps towards supplanting European rule in the course of time. Your third point is that the differentiating laws are of an oppressive and degrading nature. This again is a totally incorrect statement. The laws are largely of a protective nature. Even those laws which are regarded as particularly irksome by the Bantu people, have not been made in order to persecute them, but for the purpose of training them in the performance of those duties which must be fully observed by all who wish to claim rights. It is even more significant that you should condemn the Bantu Authorities Act, which was designed to give the Bantu people the opportunity for enlightened administration of their own affairs in accordance with their own heritage and institutions, adapted to modern conditions. I must, now, refer to your ultimatum. Notwithstanding your statement that your Congress has taken the decision to present its ultimatum to the Government in full appreciation of the consequences it entails, the Prime Minister wishes to call your attention to the extreme gravity of pursuing the course indicated by you. In the interests of the Bantu he advises you to reconsider your decision. Should you adhere to your expressed intention of embarking on a campaign of defiance and disobedience to the Government, and should you in the implementation thereof incite the Bantu population to defy law and order the Government will make full use of the machinery at its disposal to quell any disturbances and, thereafter, deal adequately with those responsible for inciting subversive activities of any nature whatsoever. © ANC 2011

1963 population of South Africa including Bantustans (Homelands)
Whites English and Afrikaans speaking ruling power 3 million
Coloured (mixed race) and Indian some voting rights 2 million
Blacks no voting rights outside Bantustans thirteen million
The majority of Black race classification lived outside the Bantustans or designated homelands.
Blacks lived and worked on the farms throughout South Africa.
Blacks worked in the gold and diamond mines living in single-sex dormitories without partners for much of the year as transients returning to their wives and children at holidays only.
Blacks worked as servants in all small and large towns.
Blacks lived in the townships of the major cities, working as servants in European (white) area houses and in white owned factories, shops, hotels, in these cities: Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth etc.
There was none or very little work in the Bantustans, whatever work available at very low pay, and so most Blacks had no choice but to take any wage offered to them marginally higher by whites, on the white owned farms, in the white owned factories, as servants in the white houses and in the cities as servants in the white apartments, most, unless given dispensation to live in servant quarters of a white home or apartment, having to return to a township that surrounded the city, by bus or train, by non-white curfew time every evening.
The map above is somewhat deceptive, as it shows the western area of South Africa, including Cape Province as having no Blacks.
In reality it is stating that less than 30% of blacks lived in this area.
That figure can be disputed for like illegal immigrants in the United States many blacks lived and worked without legal papers or with replicas of government documents.
As in the United States, the white government of South Africa was aware of the situation, choosing an Orwellian 'Doublethink' in dealing with the ever increasing influx of blacks into the west, for Blacks were wanted for work in the factories and farms in these western areas of South Africa.
Only when a Black needed to be removed back to the Bantustan due to being unable to work because of developing long-term sickness, or could not find work and so was vagrant, would their documents be checked for accuracy.
Black classification people lived and worked in vast numbers in all areas of South Africa, including all of the western area and the Cape Province, which includes Cape Town.

In addition radiation substances that science today has not yet named and analyzed are being released into the air, ground and ocean water.
Much of the effects upon the body from these substance half lives ranging from days to millions of years even if connecting with the body in minute amounts, are not known.
The media reports that there is no or little risk to human health in Japan or elsewhere on the planet where the wind blows and ocean currents roam.
Yet permissible levels of radiation are being altered in various countries and structures such as Europe to allow cancer ratios not of two thousand and in some instances two million people, but a cancer rate of 200 people one in 200 people.
